PATIENT NAVIGATORS

PART TIME 21 HOURS OVER 4 DAYS (flexibility to offer 5TH day when needed)

PLUS SATURDAYS ON A ROTA

 

We are looking for well-motivated, flexible employees to join our busy reception team, who strive to ensure our patients receive the best possible service from the Practice.

 

You will be responsible for all reception duties, providing a high standard of face to face and telephone care for patients, staff and visitors.

 

You need excellent customer service and communication skills and a good knowledge of Windows-based computer systems. Experience of working with SystmOne would be an advantage.

 

Working 21 hours over four days – a combination of morning and afternoon shifts between the hours of 0800 and 1830 Monday to Friday. You will be expected to be flexible and work a 5th day when needed and you will work Saturday mornings on a rota. Location – Newport Pagnell Medical Centre, but you may be required to work shifts at our NPMC@Willen site in the future.
