RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR

PART-TIME 21 HOURS OVER 4 DAYS (flexibility to offer 5th day when needed).  Plus Saturdays on a rota

£7.85 per hour

We are looking for well motivated, flexible employees to join our busy reception team, who strive to ensure our patients receive the best possible service from the Practice.  

You will be responsible for all reception duties, providing a high standard of face to face and telephone care for patients, staff and visitors.

You need excellent customer service and communication skills and a good knowledge of Windows-based computer systems.  Experience of working with SystmOne would be an advantage.

Working 21 hours over four days - a combination of morning and afternoon shifts between the hours of 0800 and 1830 Monday to Friday.  You will be expected to be flexible and work a 5th day when needed and you will work Saturday mornings on a rota.

CLINIC ADMINISTRATOR

PART-TIME  16-23 HOURS PER WEEK - a combination of morning and afternoon shifts between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.

£7.85 per hour

Working as part of our Medical Administration team.  We are looking for somebody with good attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, able to work within a team and communicate effectively and have the ability to manage sensitive information appropriately.  Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage.

This is a very busy role that is both interesting and rewarding.

Duties include:  clinic preparation, answering telephone calls, dealing with appointment requests, scanning documentation, filing, recording of information into Excel spreadsheets, producing template letters using Word and providing general administration to assist the medical secretarial team.
