Patients living with a disability

This is the latest version of the MK Survival Guide for people living with a disability that has been updated and enhanced to be the most comprehensive guide. It is hoped that it will be helpful to all disabled people, especially those who are new to Milton Keynes or recently disabled. The guide has brought together information held on a local database and additional research. This was provided to us by Milton Keynes Centre for Integrated Living.
