Services to which patients may be signposted include: Minor illness and Practice Nurse appointments in the practice, Pharmacy First, Children's Primary Care Team • MK Health extra appointments at other surgeries, Connect Physiotherapy service self-referral, 111 referral to emergency dentist. • • As part of their role they are asked by the GPs to obtain information from patients requesting urgent appointments, this is to ensure that the urgent care team can triage these requests safely.
