"Pharmacy First”. Will be delivered through all local pharmacies in MK area and is available to patients who don’t pay a prescription charge. It covers a small range of conditions and medicines as below:

Athletes Foot
Bacterial Conjunctivitis
Constipation
Contact Dermatitis
Cough
Cystitis
Diarrhoea
Ear wax Build Up
Fever
Hay Fever /Allergies
Insect Bites or Stings
Mild to moderate Pain inc. headache
Mouth Ulcers
Nappy Rash
Nasal Congestion
Sore Throat
Threadworm
Vaginal Thrush
Warts and Verrucae


The patient needs to be present at the pharmacy counter i.e a parent cannot go and ask for paracetamol for a child which is left at home. Sore Throat
